Treatment: Blue squares are owner companies or individuals. Red circles are radio licensee firms. Black circles are television licensees. Links are ownership.

Commentary: The map shows that all licensee firms are jointly owned by a combination of firms and individuals. The clustering of blue squares is indicative of the syndicates that have formed to buy multiple licenses. Interestingly the ownership network shows two major clusters, a central one and a more loosely connected outer cluster. It is clear that a few individual licensees and owners occupy bridging or brokering positions in the network.
